染色探傷

Dye check

● 溶劑色比式、水洗色比式、螢光式、螢光水洗、噴霧罐式
● 以強烈顏色之液體沾濕被檢物之表面，停留一段時間利用毛細現象讓顏料滲入表面之開口(裂縫、瑕疵)，去除過多之滲透液水洗或溶劑清除，施加顯像劑(白色粉末)吸出孔隙、瑕疵內之顯像劑,目視檢測,瑕疵顯示可為色比或螢光。
適用範圍： 
 * 焊接焊道的氣孔及裂痕檢查
 * 齒輪、螺紋、金屬的表面傷痕的檢測
 * 發電機、渦輪機的表面裂痕檢測
 * 經壓延的平板表面裂痕檢測              
 * 熱處理檢查檢測
