WZQ 系列三室真空加壓氣淬退火爐是具有加壓(絕對壓力0.2MPa)氣冷功能的三室(裝料室、加熱室、氣冷式)臥式真空熱處理設備。主要用於鎳氫合金材料的退火、燒結，可以實現快速冷卻。同時適用於不鏽鋼、鎳基合金制件的真空硬焊以及高合金工具鋼、模具鋼、高速鋼、馬式體不鏽鋼等較小工件的真空氣淬等。
WZQ series triple-chamber vacuum pressurized gas-quenching annealing furnaces are triple-chamber (loading chamber, heating chamber and gas-cooling chamber) horizontal vacuum heat treatment equipment with pressurized (absolute pressure 0.2MPa) gas-cooling functions. These furnaces are mainly used for annealing, sintering of nickel hydrogen alloys, and can realize fast cooling. These furnaces are also for vacuum sintering of stainless steel, nickel hydrogen alloys, and can realize fast cooling. These furnaces are also for vacuum sintering of stainless steel, nickel-based alloy and vacuum gas-quenching of small parts made of high alloy tool steel, tool steel, high speed steel, martensite stainless steel etc.
